First of all, thanks for visiting my web site!
This site is presented in a further effort to be Grand Lake's most responsive broker.
Here, you will find lots of useful information about Grand County Real Estate. It also
serves as a community resource with information about Grand County and recreation in

I like to think that I am the most responsive broker in Grand County. I believe this because I use modern
technology to provide good old fashioned service. I am never far from one of my computers, a telephone or my
“smart phone”. This enables me to answer phone calls or E-Mails quickly.
|
As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) I have earned the highest
Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS
Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
|
|
I am also an e-Pro Certified Broker.
Using modern technology helps me to keep track of everything that is going on between us,
and make sure that I do what I say I am going to do.

Real Estate is a relatively new field for me since I have only been at it for five years. However, my past
experience in management and customer service has transferred very well to my new career. I learned long ago that,
most of the time, when people ask a question the last thing they want is another number to call - they want an answer!
So, if I don’t know the answer to your question, I will find it and get back to you. My goal, which I usually achieve,
is to answer questions within one day. If it’s going to take longer, you will probably get a call or E-Mail to let
you know that I don’t have an answer yet, but I am working on it for you.

The computer is a great tool for developing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).
This CMA estimates an appropriate price range for a property by comparing it to recent
similar sales (with adjustments for any significant differences). The CMA process is
part science, but it is also part intuition. While the computer generates a good
initial estimate, results must be “sanity checked” against current local market.
Developing a good CMA is an important part of my job. It helps me to sell property in
a reasonable time period and to make sure that a buyer’s offer is consistent with the
real value of a property.

My husband Mark (also known as Mr. Annie)
and I are active members of the community. If my picture looks familiar maybe its because
you have seen me acting in one of the Grand Lake Melodramas, standing in front of a tombstone
in Tombstone Tales, Emceeing at one of the local concerts, or just hiking on a trail as a
Wilderness Group Volunteer. You might also have seen my picture
on the "Ask Mother Nature" column in our local newspaper - The Middle Park Times.
Living in Grand Lake is a dream come true for us and the best
part of my job is helping others to achieve their dreams. Reach for it!
