Located above highway 34 on the west side of Lake Granby just above the Lake Granby Marina. Some sites have beautiful view of Lake Granby and the mountains beyond.
This is a rustic area with lots of aspen and many home sites backing onto BLM land. Newer construction in the area includes some rather large luxary homes.
